Axios Safety confined space training consists of 5 sections including:
Module 1: course objectives, common terms and definitions
Module 2: Recognizing Hazards in confined spaces
Module 3: Non-Permit Vs Permit required confined spaces
Module 4: Responsibilities, controls and mitigation tactics
Module 5: Case studies and exam
After completing the course students will be able to understand how to identify confined spaces and whether they are non-permit or permit required confined spaces. Students will become familiar with and understand how to recognize symptoms from exposure to common confined space hazards. The student will clearly identify the roles and responsibilities of entrants, attendants and supervisors in regard to permit required confined spaces. Finally, the student will understand the different controls and mitigation tactics commonly used to work safely in permit required confined spaces.
